I got the chance to speak with Matt Wells and Matte Babel after they wrapped up hosting an MMVA webcast where they interviewed guests from the award show, including The Jonas Brothers and Lady Gaga. Wells and Babel previously headlined their own shows on MuchMusic before moving over to other CTVgm properties. Wells hosted Going Coastal in Newfoundland before moving over to MuchMoreMusic last year. Since the MuchMore rebrand, Wells is now host of the Daily Fix. Meanwhile, Babel wrapped up his co-hosting duties at MuchOnDemand earlier this year before joining the new breakfast show on CP24.
Matt Babel is the most down to earth person I ever see on television. I wish I could get the chance to meet him. And as for Mel, stop correct the man on his grammar who made you queen, you don’t remember you getting a crown. Regards, Carol
