Becky Burgess was the latest houseguest to be evicted from the Big Brother this past week. Becky heads to jury, joining Jackie and Shelli but may get the chance to win her way back into the house this Thursday. We had a chance to speak with Becky following her eviction, check out what she had to say about having Vanessa stay over Shelli, who she grew the closest to inside the house and who could win this season.
Vanessa ended up staying last week instead of Shelli. Who is to blame or hold responsible for that? You wanted her out but the house voted Shelli out instead.
Before my HOH was won, James, Meg and Jackie commented about Vanessa being a bigger target, but when they actually had the chance to vote, they voted out Shelli. I hold myself accountable. I should have been more prepared to see Shelli leave and Vanessa staying.
Should you get the chance to return to the house next week, you said you’d even align yourself with Vanessa. How would you go about convincing her to work with you (should she still be in the house)?
It’s hard to tell. You have to feel the house vibe and see where the game is at.
Other than Vanessa, who do you think is playing a great game and see making it to the end?
Steve because he plays like Ian [Terry, winner of Big Brother season 14 in 2002]. He is independent and undestands the social game without having to play and be part of it. He knows how to play around it. He is also more capable than he lets on.
Who would you say you’ve grown the closest in the Big Brother house with? Who have you learned from the most, game-wise or in general?
I would say Steve. Steve is someone that is very different from me and we would both stay up late at night talk for hours. I actually learned a lot of things from his perspective.
