Ryan Murphy’s latest anthology series, Feud: Bette and Joan, premieres on Sunday, March 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.

Feud tells the story of the legendary rivalry between Joan Crawford (played by Jessica Lange) and Bette Davis (played by Susan Sarandon) during their collaboration on the Oscar-nominated thriller What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? As well as after the cameras stopped rolling.

The 8-episode series will explore how both women endured ageism, sexism, and misogyny while struggling to hang on to success and fame int he twilight of their careers.

Rounding out the cast are Alfred Molina (Angie Tribeca) as the film’s director Robert Aldrich, Stanley Tucci (ER) as studio titan Jack Warner, Judy Davis (Marie Antoinette) as gossip columnist Hedda Hopper, Jackie Hoffman (Difficult People) as Crawford’s housekeeper Mamacita, and Alison Wright (The Americans) as Alrdrich’s assistant Pauline. Guest stars include Catherine Zeta-Jones (Side Effects) as film star Olivia de Havilland, Sarah Paulson (The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story) as Geraldine Page, Kathy Bates (American Horror Story) as Joan Blondell, and Kiernan Shipka (Mad Men) as B.D., Bette Davis’ daughter, Dominic Burgess (2 Broke Girls) as actor Victor Bruno, Jared Breeze (The Young and the Restless) as Bette Davis’ son Michael and Molly Price (Third Watch) as Robert Aldrich’s wife Harriet Foster.

Ahead of its premiere this Sunday, the Feud anthology was renewed on Tuesday (Feb. 28) for a second instalment which will be focus on Prince Charles and Princes Diana and will debut in 2018 with ten episodes.

In addition to Feud: Bette and Joan premiering this Sunday, March 5, FX will also debut the fifth season of The Americans on Tuesday, March 7 at 10 p.m. ET/PT and the third instalment of Fargo on Wednesday, April 19 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, once the first season of Legion wraps up.

Feud: Bette and Joan will air on FX in Canada on the same day and at the same time as FX in the U.S. Episodes. In Canada, FX makes episodes available on demand following their broadcast premieres as well as on FX Now Canada, which is also available as an app on Android, iOS and Apple TV.
