— Actress Anne Jeffreys passed away at the age of 94. Jeffreys was known for her roles in the Dick Tracy series as well as the CBS series Topper but is also known to daytime audiences as socialite Amanda Barrington on both General Hospital and Port Charles.
— This week on The Bold and the Beautiful (CTV Two/CBS): On Monday (Oct. 2), Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) strategically gains employment at an establishment where she can keep a close catch on the Forrester family, especially Eric (John McCook). Eric hires an estate manager (played by Francisco San Martin) to assist in maintaining the Forrester mansion and its surrounding property. Katie (Heather Tom) and Wyatt’s (Darin Brooks) private life is discovered by someone who can either help them or make things very difficult for them on Tuesday (Oct. 3). Sheila concocts a plan that she is confident will make her the next Mrs. Eric Forrester.
On Wednesday (Oct. 4). Bill (Don Diamont) issues Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) a warning to stay away from Brooke while he attempts to save their marriage. Liam (Scott Clifton) surprises Sally (Courtney Hope) with a gift to assist with the further refurbishing of Spectra Fashions. Wyatt proves to Bill that his loyalty and dedication is to him and to Spencer Publications on Thursday (Oct. 5). On Friday (Oct. 6), Bill and Steffy bond over their frustrations regarding Liam and his affiliation with Sally. Wyatt confides in Katie his fears about the future of the Spencer family.
